Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last updated October 1, 2026

Cancel whenever you like, from inside the app, in one step. If the service did not do what it says it does, ask and you get your money back.

Cancelling

A paid subscription can be cancelled at any time through the billing link in the app, or by asking through the Support tab inside your account. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — you keep full access until then, and you are not charged again.

You are never required to telephone anyone, sit through a retention offer, or give a reason.

What happens to your data when you cancel

Your account drops to the free plan rather than being deleted. Campaigns, contacts and history stay where they are; mailboxes beyond the free plan's limit are switched off but keep their settings, so resubscribing turns them straight back on. If you want the account and everything in it deleted instead, say so and it will be.

Refunds

A full refund of the most recent monthly charge is given where:

Ask within 30 days of the charge and it will be refunded to the card it came from, normally within five business days once approved. Stripe's own processing time then applies.

What is not refunded

Free plan

The free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. Trying the service on the free plan first is the best way to know whether it suits you.

Chargebacks

If something has gone wrong with a charge, raise it in the Support tab first. A refund can normally be sorted out the same day, which is faster than a chargeback and does not risk the account being suspended while the dispute runs.

How to ask

Open a request in the Support tab inside your account and say roughly when you were charged — your account details travel with it, so that is enough to find it. If you cannot sign in, write to 133 Indian Lake Blvd, Hendersonville, TN 37075 with the email address on the account.
